The Narwal Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is one of the most effective combos that I've tested. Its base station comes with a large water tank and dustbin, and its dual rubber brush is less likely to tangle hair than single bristles.
Its mopping efficiency is impressive and its AI mapping is excellent at getting around obstacles. It also has the capability to pause its cleaning work and then resume where it was when it stopped.

It drives close to walls without crashing and avoids steps, and can also raise its mop when driving over rugs or short-pile carpets. It struggled a bit when it came across longer-pile carpets as well as some long, thick piles of dried-on debris.
Like many robots, the S1 Pro comes ready to roll out of the box, and requires only an initial mapping session to learn its way around your home. The map will then be displayed in the app, and you can add or join rooms as necessary. You can also set virtual boundaries and no-go or no-mop zones if there's something you don't want your robot to touch.
The S1 Pro does a great job of cleaning up messes from hard floors due to its rotating mop head that exerts 2.2lbs (1kg) of downward pressure on the floor. Its ability to both vacuum and mop makes it an excellent option for homes with floors of both types. However, its dependence on Eufy cleaning solutions (which are included in the box) makes it less flexible as other robots that allow you to use your own cleaning solutions.
